IN NO EVENT SHALL CS GAMING HUB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

11. Termination

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site and Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in London, United Kingdom.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CS Gaming Hub regarding your use of the Site and Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and CS Gaming Hub.
