  • Technical issues preventing access to the digital content that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Major discrepancies between the product description and the actual content delivered
  • Accidental purchase (duplicate purchase or unintended purchase)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before significant use of the digital product.

3.2 Premium Memberships and Subscriptions

For premium memberships and subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but no further charges will be made.
  • Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be granted within 14 days of purchase on a pro-rated basis, minus any applicable fees and discounts received.
  • Unused time on a canceled subscription cannot be refunded or credited.

3.3 Consulting Services

For our consulting services:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows or cancellations after a session has begun are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a completed consulting session, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss potential partial refunds or service credits.

3.4 Educational Courses and Webinars

For educational courses and webinars:

  • Live webinars: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar will receive a full refund.
  • Recorded courses: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 25% of the course content.
  • Course bundle packages: Partial refunds may be granted for unused portions of a bundle, minus any applicable bundle discounts.

4. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are generally non-refundable:

  • Digital products after 7 days from purchase or after significant use
  • Completed consulting services
  • Custom or personalized analysis reports
  • Services where the work has already been substantially performed
  • Products or services clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase

CS Gaming Hub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services such as webinars, consulting sessions, or other scheduled events. In such cases:

  • If we cancel a service entirely, you will receive a full refund for that service
  • If we reschedule a service, you will have the option to either accept the new schedule or request a full refund
  • If we are unable to deliver a product or service as described, you will be offered either a comparable alternative or a full refund

8. Subscription Cancellations

To cancel a recurring subscription:

  1. Log in to your CS Gaming Hub account
  2. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" or "Account Settings" section
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel
  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts to confirm

Please note that cancellation of a subscription will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
